Labor Day Cruise 2020 Sights & Sounds
It was a beautiful day for another no-contact cruise. Members of the club wore masks and practiced social distancing with those who were not part of their households. It was nice to get away and open it up along scenic NM-9 through Deming NM. Needless to say, a great time was had by all.
We had a great turnout Sunday, July 19th, for our Run with the Road Runners July Cruise. The club met at the Lowe's Home Improvement Store on Montana and Loop 375 to line up our adventure. We headed east bound on 62/180 driving past Cornudas, Texas to FM-1111, approximately 53 miles. We then turned down FM-1111 traveling through some very pretty desert landscapes. We came out at Sierra Blanca, TX where we stopped to stretch our legs. Everyone one was pumped up and were really enjoying the ride. The ride back into El Paso was a nice ride and we were able to open it up, since the speed limit is 80 MPH. Another great time, and we picked up a few new members including our first C-8! Enjoy the pics.
It was great to get out in the fresh air of the Mesilla pecan groves and just enjoy some nice cruisin' with EPCC and friends and to stop for some portraits of our awesome rides! We also made a stop at the Substation to get some pics for our fine rides! You can also check out the video by clicking on the picture below.
On Saturday, May 2nd, EPCC held a "No Contact Cruise to Las Cruces"; check out the pics below.
A wonderful day for 7 year-old Corvette enthusiast, Sebastian, as we drove by his home. We practiced our social distancing as we queued up, wore masks, and took all the precautions necessary to make this a safe, fun, and memorable day for all. He was presented with a 1/24 scale model Corvette, and an honorary membership to the El Paso Corvette Club. Happy Birthday, Sebastian!
Our St. Paddy's Day Celebration was a great success! The club watched a video presentation called "2019, Our Year in the Rear View Mirror" See the pics below.
